This renovated Kiawah Island vacation rental offers four bedrooms, a seamless open floor plan, and gorgeous fairway and lagoon views. The home is about a 5-minute bike ride to the beach.
When you enter the home, you will immediately notice the soaring ceilings and abundance of natural light. Guests will enjoy gathering in the living area, which features a wall of windows showcasing Cougar Point Golf Course views and its sparkling lagoon. The living area offers comfortable seating and a large, wall-mounted TV and opens into the kitchen and dining areas. The completely renovated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, white custom cabinetry, plenty of counter space, and everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals. Guests can enjoy dining at the kitchen breakfast bar, which has barstool seating for four, or in the dining area, which has seating for eight.
The spacious primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and access to a private deck overlooking the lagoon and golf course. The primary bathroom offers an expansive walk-in shower, soaking tub, and his-and-hers sinks. Just down the hall is the second bedroom, also with a king-sized bed. This bedroom has convenient access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower across the hall. The third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and his-and-hers sinks. Perfect for those traveling with little ones, this bedroom also has a large walk-in closet that can easily accommodate a portal crib or Pack and Play (supplied by guest). The final bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The home’s sun deck, with glittering views of the lagoon, is the perfect place to enjoy a meal al fresco or curl up with a good book. The deck offers a gas grill and dining space for six.
